Opis animacji

For the Web, this clip is a Flash CS4 animation of a carbon atom, in Action Script 3. The atom is made up of six protons and six neutrons. In slow motion around the nucleus are six electrons (two in the first orbital grouping and four in the second) whose positions scientists can't predict at any given moment.

To show clearly the number of electrons in the atom, there's a brief period of still, followed by the rest of the animation when the electrons are moving.

This animation might appeal to a buyer interested in the smallest parts of matter, particles that make up the atom, or in what they symbolize, for example, how different things actually are from how they appear.

Instructions: Also included here are the Flash CS3 version, and a working .SWF published piece, where "Carbon Atom Animation" plays as a loop. This clip can be converted into video. Its layers and symbols are easily editable.
